Job Summary

* Dossier management involves coordinating project design and execution.
* You will be responsible for managing the dossier from request to completion, working closely with the design office abroad, and applying for building licenses at the city hall.
* Maintain regular contact with the design office, evaluate and check received designs, and ensure accurate execution plans.
* Communicate with third parties, including clients, contractors, and project promoters.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit license applications.
2. Communicate with relevant departments.
3. Check tenders for correctness.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
* Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Construction or a Master's degree.
* 3 years' experience as an Assistant Architect.
