As an HSE Supervisor CSA, you are responsible for overseeing health, safety, and environmental compliance across all civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) construction activities, ensuring full adherence to regulations, company procedures, and best practices.
Mission
* You oversee HSE compliance for all CSA activities, including civil works, structural steel, concrete, and architectural finishes.
* You identify, assess, and mitigate high-risk activities during excavation, foundation and fit-out phases.
* You develop and implement robust safety strategies tailored to the CSA scope within hyperscale data center environments.
* You conduct independent audits and site inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO
* You collaborate closely with contractors and project teams to enforce best-in-class safety practices.
* You lead incident investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
* You act as a visible safety leader onsite, promoting a proactive safety culture among all stakeholders.
* You ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and client requirements.
Profile
* You have proven experience in HSE supervision for civil and structural works on large-scale projects, preferably data centers or mission-critical facilities.
* You demonstrate a strong understanding of CSA construction methodologies and associated safety risks.
* You are familiar with international safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
* You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems.
* You are proactive, organized, and committed to continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices.
