Mission
As Administrative assistant Production, you will assist the production manager with all kinds of administrative and organisational tasks.
Job description
The tasks entrusted to you are :
1. You provide administrative support in the preparation of production files, you translate production documents, you take care of data input in ERP system, ....
2. You take care of drafting and keeping KPI corners up-to-date.
3. Supporting the development of Operational excellence (5S, visual management, reporting).
4. Provide assistance to the various teams in case of increased workload.
5. Back up the Office administrator site Ostend (reception).
Profile
The required and expected technical skills are :
6. You have a graduate degree and already some experience in a similar position.
7. You have broad functional knowledge and interests and possess problem-solving skills.
8. You are bilingual in word and writing in both French and Dutch, you also speak a fair bit of English
9. Good knowledge of MS office package (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

10. You enjoyed a higher education, graduate in a general direction and you have a broad functional knowledge.
11. You are a friendly person with a service-oriented attitude. Because of your organisational way of working, you are able to carry out different tasks at the same time and still keep an overview.
12. You work autonomously and are flexible enough to deal with unexpected issues.
13. You are administratively precise and accurate.
14. Full-time employment, part-time employment (4/5) is possible (specific hours can be discussed).
15. Place of employment is Ostend.
