Engineering &Product Development Lead the design and development ofhigh performance energy conversion systems, ensuring compliancewith industry standards. Oversee the full product lifecycle, fromconcept and prototyping to industrialization and commercialization. Implement best practices in hardware and software integration forrobust and scalable solutions. Strategic Partnerships & MarketIntelligence Collaborate with the Chief Innovation Officer totransform prototypes into market ready solutions.
