ServiceNow Business Analyst
We're working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ongoing ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and complex process design.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, international environments and can confidently bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the liaison between business and technical teams across ServiceNow initiatives
* Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
* Support and enhance ServiceNow HAM processes across the full asset lifecycle
* Analyse large datasets to identify enrichment, optimisation, and reporting opportunities
* Define complex business processes and workflows for development teams
* Facilitate workshops, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
* Produce high-quality functional and non-functional documentation
* Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in complex environments
Required Experience & Skills
* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 1 year working on ServiceNow implementations
* Strong experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and asset lifecycle processes
* Experience analysing large datasets and maintaining data integrity
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions (and vice versa)
* Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools)
* Excellent communication skills with customer-facing experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Proactive, service-minded, and adaptable to change
* Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments
* Experience working in international and multicultural teams
Desirable Experience
* Process design using BPMN
* Asset lifecycle and business process modelling
* Senior-level presentations (sprint demos, workshops, training sessions)
* Strong stakeholder management, including chairing meetings and managing expectations
* Experience producing user guides and detailed documentation
* Public Sector experience
