As (Junior) Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of customer service representatives. You will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, and you will act as a key link between customers, internal departments, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a team of customer service representatives.

Ensure excellent order-to-cash processing and high service levels.
3.
Handle escalations and ensure smooth communication with key clients.
4.
Collaborate with internal departments: sales, planning, supply chain, finance, and logistics.
5.
Identify opportunities to optimize customer processes and implement best practices.
6.
Monitor KPIs and reporting to ensure continuous improvement.
7.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and sector regulations.
We are looking for a (Junior) Customer Service Manager that :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.

Proven experience in customer service, ideally in the chemical or industrial sector.
*
First experience in people management or team coordination.
*
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
*
Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
*
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an asset.
