The Senior IT Project Manager – HR, Document Management & Test Management is responsible for the end-to-end management of multiple strategic Business–IT projects within the areas of Human Resources and document management. The role ensures successful project delivery in line with defined methodologies, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
The position covers the implementation, migration, and decommissioning of applications, as well as the definition and execution of comprehensive test management for HR and SAP-related projects. The Senior IT Project Manager acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure business needs are effectively translated into technical solutions.
Manage and deliver HR transformation projects from initiation to closure, including systems for time management, HR administration, payroll, and pension calculations, as well as the decommissioning of legacy applications.
Manage and execute document management projects with cross-functional scope, including system replacement and application retirement.
Monitor and control projects in terms of scope, planning, resources, budget, risks, and issues, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation where required.
Define and implement test management activities for HR and SAP projects, in accordance with the established testing methodology.
Coordinate change management activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate communication and end-user training.
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) through structured project reporting, capacity planning, budget tracking, and milestone monitoring.
Establish and maintain project governance, using project and service management tools such as Jira and TOP desk.
Ensure compliance with project management best practices and methodologies (e.g. Project management methodology: SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HR and time management systems, document management solutions
