Electrical Lead
Location: Belgium & wider Europe
Package: €125,000 base salary + €9,000 living allowance + accommodation + flights + 5% pension
We are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor seeking an Electrical Lead to join their expanding European team on a data centre project. This is a chance to work on major international projects with long-term progression across Europe, including the Netherlands.
Day to day, you will:
* Support the Project Manager and oversee teams on site
* Lead by example, ensuring high standards of safety and quality
* Coordinate subcontractors and maintain strong working relationships
What we’re looking for:
* Electrical background (trade or degree qualified)
* Proven leadership experience on large-scale projects
* Valid RTW documents for Europe (no sponsorship allowed)
