What will you do as an operator?
1. You will operate and monitor one or more production lines.
2. You’ll start with one line and gradually learn to manage additional lines.
3. You perform quality checks and ensure the smooth running of the production process.
4. You work closely with a colleague who provides manual support.
5. You step in flexibly where needed: machine operation, line monitoring, replenishing materials.
6. You always follow hygiene and safety regulations.
Bonus: Can you lead a team or do you have experience as a backup shift supervisor? Be sure to mention it!
Who are we looking for?
7. You have relevant experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry
8. You speak fluent French or English (Dutch is a plus, but not sufficient on its own)
9. You are flexible and available for different shifts
10. You can demonstrate technical insight and work accurately
11. You are physically fit (some lifting, working in a cold environment)
What do we offer?
12. Two-shift system: 6 AM – 2 PM & 2 PM – 10 PM
