We’re looking for an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to help lead the design and delivery of a major ERP programme for a key customer of ours. You’ll take ownership of the overall solution, guide the functional and technical teams, and make sure the architecture supports the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape and own the D365 F&O solution across Finance, Supply Chain, Projects, and related areas
* Turn business requirements into a clear, practical solution design and support the team through delivery
* Run design workshops and define future‑state processes
* Provide architectural oversight and review designs to keep everything aligned with standards and best practice
* Lead on integrations, data migration, security, and reporting
* Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to support decisions, manage risks, and keep scope on track
* Support the delivery teams through build, testing, deployment, and go‑live
Skills & Experience
* Strong background in D365 F&O or AX, ideally across core Finance and/or Supply Chain
* Solid understanding of architecture, integrations, extensions, and Microsoft cloud technologies
* Experience leading large ERP programmes or multi‑country rollouts
* Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
* Must be fluent in either Dutch or French
* 5+ years experience as a Solution Architect within Finance and Operations
Preferred
* Microsoft certifications in Finance, Supply Chain, or Solution Architecture
* Experience with Azure, Power Platform, and enterprise integration patterns
* Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF or SAFe
