Position
Manager Accounts Payable & Treasury – Brussels office.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team within Accounts Payable and Treasury
Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development
Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoices and bank transactions
Oversee month-end and quarter-end closings within AP & Treasury
Guarantee the quality, accuracy and compliance of financial processes
Organise, monitor and optimise workflows
Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems
Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulations
Act as a key stakeholder and business partner within Finance and across departments
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
Relevant experience within Accounts Payable and Treasury
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Experience with SAP FI and financial systems
Advanced Excel skills
Good understanding of compliance, tax and internal controls
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Proven experience in people management and coaching
Strong organisational and planning skills
Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, hands‑on and improvement-driven
Team player with a high sense of ownership
