More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist in Zellik (Brussels) with Signify.

As a Customer Order Specialist, you’ll be responsible to help us meet our ambitious growth targets. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual, to value the strong connection with our customers. As a Customer Order Specialist, you’re key in keeping our customers happy. We are currently strengthening our Order Management activities in Belgium.

* You’ll be responsible for managing the entire order process for your (B2B) customers in Belgium and Luxemburg
* You’ll coordinate local procurement with third-party vendors for timely delivery
* You‘ll collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Quote Support, Project Management, Factories and Logistics teams) for seamless order execution
* You’ll resolve customer inquiries and issues related to order management
* You’ll provide transparent pricing and delivery information to customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all transactions

More about you

* You’ve a bachelor/university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
* You've at least 3 years of experience in order management in a commercial setting
* You’re fluent in Dutch/French and you have a good knowledge of English
* You’ve a strong understanding of order processing procedures
* You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
* You’ve good knowledge of MS Office (and SAP)
