- Support the coordination of GCO programmes, including project tracking and reporting on progress.- Maintain and update the GCO SharePoint site.- Assist in drafting governance documents and email communications for Corporate Governance Advisors and Experts.- Monitor the GCO's annual budget and ensure alignment with quarterly forecasts.- Provide regular budget status reports to the General Counsel.- Manage the processing and payment of invoices.- Coordinate internal GCO meetings: prepare agendas, draft meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on actions.- Handle procurement tasks including liaising with external suppliers, and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.- Manage the GCO mailbox and ensure timely and appropriate responses.- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all Secretariat Sections and the Office of the Secretary-General.- Collaborate effectively with the offices of the main office holders.- Work with the GCO team to identify and implement best practices and process improvements.A company located in the centre of Brussels.- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant experience.- 0–3 years of professional experience in a similar role.- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.- Excellent written and spoken English.- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
