We are hiring a Accountant Real Estate. You will join the central finance team, supporting in the accounting and financial reporting of the real estate entities within the WorxInvest group. You will
process financial transactions, contribute to the monthly and quarterly closing, and gradually develop expertise in property-specific accounting topics such as IFRS, fair value measurement, SPV structures, and capex tracking. In this role, you work closely with the finance manager and the business & financial Controllers.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Processing
• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, bank transactions, and various accounting entries.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Follow up on lease agreements, rental invoicing, service charges, and recurring billing cycles.
• Monitor CAPEX projects, investment budgets, and asset improvements.
Reporting & Control
• Prepare reporting packages for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Perform reconciliations and balance sheet analyses.
Proces Improvement
• Contribute to the standardization and optimization of finance processes within the real estate segment.
• Support the implementation of internal controls and accounting guidelines.
Ad hoc Support
• Assist in valuation exercises (fair value, impairment testing).
• Support financial analyses for new real estate developments or acquisitions.
• Respond to ad hoc financial questions from management and controllers.
Profile
* You hold a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline and at least some initial work experience in accounting.
* You have strong interest in real estate accounting and willingess to develop expertise
* Next to strong Excel skills, experience with SAP or another ERP system is considered an advantage. A basic knowledge of IFRS, is regarded as a plus.
* You demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and work with a high level of accuracy.
* You are eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to understand existing processes and continuously improve them.
* You are a team player with solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
* You are fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
