PURPOSE OF THE JOB
1. Plan and manage all Mainline and Urban (M&U) Signaling Installation - trackside and/or onboard -, in close cooperation with the PM, the Installation Engineering and Design activities
2. Possess End to End accountability at Project level, from a QCD (Quality Cost & Delivery) and Performance points of view for the scope
3. Ensure the application of EHS policies, local regulations, and professional standard.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
In compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, the Sig Project Installation Manager oversees operational coordination of all project activities related to Installation and Field Operations (FO), including:
4. Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools
5. Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements (WMS), in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
6. Manage the Work Package of Installation
7. Manage the Installation Works for M&U Signaling equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces
8. Manage Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
9. Manage the interfaces with Third Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners, etc…
10. Coordinate the Installation Engineering team for the scope assigned
11. Ensure application of DIS Installation and FO Process for Installation activities
12. Continuous improvement:
o Ensure continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project
o Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
o Participate to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, propose update/improvement of the Installation and T&C way of working, process, tools and RefLib
13. Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc…

15. Savings through Risk mitigation and Opportunities management, Cash by sales milestones achievement
16. Quality, EHS, RSA (Railway Safety Agencies): monitoring, anticipation and reporting on progress and issues
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational requirements
Mandatory : High School Diploma, Engineering degree level
Desirable : Master in Project Management, Certification on Railway Safety, Certification on Site EHS management
Experience requirements :

17. Strong experience on railway site management
18. Cost and planning control experience in site management scope
19. EHS background

20. Knowledge of Railway products and services on different market segments (Urban, Mainline, F&M)
21. Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives
22. Hands-on experience on Customer relationship in technical topics
