Your mission

1. Strengthen customer relationships: Build and nurture partnerships, expanding existing relationships while acquiring new customers in the DIY segment.
2. Drive sales strategies: Craft and execute innovative strategies to boost market share across Benelux, the UK, and the Nordics.
3. Lead and develop distributors: Oversee and grow distributor networks in the UK and Nordics.
4. Analyze markets and competitors: Stay ahead of trends and competitors to uncover new revenue opportunities.
5. Plan assortments and develop products: Collaborate with product management to translate customer needs into profitable product solutions.
6. Foster collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, and e-commerce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent execution.

Track record in DIY or gardening industry

7. You’ve got several years of experience in account management, ideally in the DIY or gardening industry.
8. You understand sales processes, product assortments, and the dynamics of the DIY retail market.
9. You’re fluent in Dutch and English. French proficiency is a significant advantage.
10. You excel at building long-term relationships, negotiating, and communicating effectively. Your customer focus and strategic mindset set you apart.
11. You love working strategically but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the operations.
12. You’re comfortable working from home while traveling regularly for client meetings, events, and team collaboration.
