Job Title: Senior Partnership Development Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Partnership Development Manager to lead and execute our partnership strategy in the US SaaS ecosystem. This is a high-impact, autonomous role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn partnerships into pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Identify, prioritize, and recruit high-impact partners in the US SaaS ecosystem (integration partners, resellers, agencies, consultants etc.).
* Drive Measurable Revenue Growth: Launch initiatives and build scalable partner-sourced lead-gen processes.
* Manage Relationships: Own the end-to-end relationship: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and ongoing performance management/optimization.
* Align with GTM: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure partnerships support pipeline, product roadmap and brand goals.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, with a strong IC track record (pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue). You should have successfully launched and scaled partner programs (reseller, referral, tech integrations, agencies, etc.) that drove measurable impact.
Requirements:
* B2B SaaS Partnerships Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, with a strong IC track record.
* Partner Program Management: Successful experience launching and scaling partner programs.
* US SaaS Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong grasp of the US SaaS ecosystem, including key players, go-to-market trends, and buyer behavior.
* Self-Starter: Ability to take an idea from concept to implementation, including outreach, pipeline management, and reporting.
