About The Role
You will be working in a team that enables major organization‑wide transformation. You will lead the redesign of key processes, strengthen data foundations, and ensure new ways of working are successfully adopted. Your focus will be to drive efficiency, standardization, and data‑supported decision making, with the ambition to accelerate development activities and deliver meaningful impact for patients and stakeholders.
Who You'll Work With
You will be working in a team that collaborates closely with colleagues across quality, data management, process improvement, and change leadership. You will gather and work closely with experts, process owners, and delivery teams to align on priorities, ensure consistency in execution, and champion best practices in process and data excellence. The environment is highly cross‑functional, fast‑evolving, and committed to continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
* Lead alignment on process and data strategy across teams to ensure consistent, organization‑wide implementation.
* Oversee process redesign efforts to improve efficiency, standardization, and compliance with program requirements.
* Embed data quality, accessibility, and governance principles into all redesigned processes.
* Partner with change specialists to ensure adoption of new processes and data‑driven ways of working.
* Coach process owners and delivery teams to use process redesign and critical‑path thinking effectively.
* Promote best practices that connect process excellence with automation, analytics, and informed decision making.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
* Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification preferred.
* Eight to ten years of experience in process excellence, data governance, or large‑scale transformation.
* Experience in research and development environments or biotechnology settings strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and align diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical thinking, systems mindset, and ability to connect processes with data and technology opportunities.
