As a Junior Digital Solutions Engineer you will gain hands-on exposure to business analysis, data engineering, reporting and digital innovation. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to real projects from day one while building a broad and future-proof skill set across multiple digital domains. Key Responsibilities Data & Reporting • Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports • Write DAX measures and build data models under the guidance of senior colleagues • Identify trends and anomalies and translate findings into actionable insights IT Systems & Support • Work with core business applications including Business Central, WMS, TMS and Slim4 • Provide first- and second-line technical support to internal stakeholders • Execute test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing and document defects Data Engineering (guided) • Assist in the development of Python scripts, ETL flows and data pipelines • Support data quality efforts through validation, monitoring and logging • Collaborate with data engineers on datasets, Fabric and data warehouse structures Business Analysis (learning track) • Map and document business processes using structured methodologies • Contribute to process improvement initiatives with a Lean and BPMN mindset • Draft functional specifications based on stakeholder input AI & Digital Innovation • Leverage AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis and test case creation • Build small-scale proof-of-concepts using emerging AI technologies Your Profile • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Data Science, Economics or a related field • A first professional experience or relevant internship in Business Analysis, Data or IT is considered an asset • Solid foundational knowledge of Power BI, Excel and SQL • Genuine interest in Python, ETL processes, AI tooling and digital transformation • Curious, analytical and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team • Fluent in Dutch and English What We Offer • A full-time position, xjsrcvq Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00 — no shifts, no weekends • A structured learning environment within a financially stable, internationally operating organisation • A flat organisational structure with short decision-making lines and genuine flexibility • Dedicated guidance from experienced colleagues and a clear path for professional growth • A varied and engaging role spanning multiple digital disciplines and projects • A competitive remuneration package aligned with your qualifications and experience • A comprehensive benefits package At Overseas, we value long-term commitment and steady, meaningful growth.
