We provide both permanent and interim contracts. /p pOur client is a well-established player in Belgium#39;s finance sector and is looking for you to join their Customer Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company! /pbr /pAs a key point of contact, you#39;ll engage directly with both B2B and B2C clients, offering prompt and knowledgeable assistance. Whether the inquiry comes via email, phone or other channels, your goal is to deliver solutions in a clear, friendly, and efficient manner. /p pstrongYour responsibilities: /strong /p ul li pActing as the first line of support for both B2B and B2C customers /p /li li pTroubleshooting /p /li li pSupporting business clients with onboarding /p /li li pCollaborating with technical teams for escalations requiring second-line intervention /p /li li pKeeping detailed records of open support tickets and ensuring timely follow-up /p /li li pHandling complaints with professionalism and empathy, always looking for a constructive resolution /p /li li pProactively suggesting improvements in internal workflows and support tools based on your frontline experience /p /li li pSharing customer insights that could contribute to the development and refinement of the product /p /li /ul pbr / Beyond just answering queries, you#39;ll be part of a team committed to refining internal processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. You#39;ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance) to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
