As part of the Operations function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administrative and organizational support of the legal teams.

Your responsibilities
* Provide high-quality administrative and organizational support to attorneys, associates, and legal teams.
* Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
* Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Handle incoming calls and manage the email inbox of attorneys when required.
* Organize logistics for meetings and events, including room bookings and document preparation.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for attorneys and practice group members.
* Maintain and organize documents through document management systems.
* Support general administrative tasks including printing, scanning, binding, and document filing.
* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic legal environment.
Profile
* Previous experience as a Legal assistant or in an administrative role within a legal or professional services environment.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and high level of discretion.
* Excellent communication skills in English French and Dutch;
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
