Join the Wequity team as a Quality Assurance Intern through a 6-month Convention d’Immersion Professionnelle (CIP). You will play an essential role in supporting our AI-driven projects by contributing to the accuracy and integrity of our data processes. You will work closely with a dynamic and versatile team dedicated to impactful results.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Data Quality team with daily tasks focused on reviewing and improving AI data quality
* Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and biases in training and evaluation datasets
* Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to suggest and implement improvements
* Help document and optimize internal quality control procedures
* Participate actively in team meetings and contribute insights related to data quality
* Support cross-functional projects with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Qualifications
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit
* Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an asset but not required
