These are the responsibilities of the Sales Project Coordinator DACH:
Coordinating tender processes
* You will lead the annual tender processes and monitor deadlines and responsibilities.
* You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders (R&D, production, finance).
* You will review contractual terms and ensure that all documents are correct and complete.
* You will format and finalize bids according to customer guidelines.
* You will gather feedback and participate in improvement projects related to pricing, tools, and automation.
You will provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and Key Account Managers.
* You will plan and organize customer meetings and conferences.
• You process sample orders and closely monitor rush orders.
* You manage customer files, follow up on administrative questions, and provide support with order statuses and account issues.
* You handle data entry of sales figures and maintain a clear filing system.
Customer Service Before and After Sales
* You guarantee professional and friendly communication by phone, email, Teams, and in person.
* You handle complaints and find structured solutions.
* You monitor promotions and trade fairs and support customer visits.
* You provide management with commercial figures and reports.
This is you:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Languages, or Economics, or equivalent through experience.
* Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with tender processes is a plus.
* Analytical, accurate, and organizational talent.
* Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented, even under pressure.
* Fluent in Dutch, German and English. French is a plus.
