Job Description
For our clients in the Life Sciences Industry (pharmaceutical & Energy):
1. Monitor component aging and reliability using performance indicators (scorecards) and analyze the health status of component sub-families according to CHR process standards.
2. Resolve issues identified during aging and reliability monitoring.
3. Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned component families and sub-families.
4. Define and maintain maintenance strategies for equipment families/sub-families, optimizing the maintenance program based on feedback and monitoring to enhance equipment reliability.
5. Implement aging management within the reliability division and your business unit, including reviewing and updating aging summaries and management programs as needed.
6. Manage the lifecycle of the preventive maintenance program, ensuring regulatory and equipment qualification requirements are accurately reflected in maintenance plans and procedures, and validate recommendation notes.
7. Identify and anticipate equipment obsolescence issues, participating in a collaborative approach to define strategies for resolving these challenges (such as equivalence analyses, commercial-grade dedication, and reverse engineering).
8. Analyze causes of component reworks and propose actions to prevent their recurrence.
Your profile:
1. You are an Industrial or Civil Engineer in mechanics, electricity, electromechanics, industrial reliability, or equivalent.
2. First experience in a medium/large-scale industrial environment.
3. Experience in a nuclear power plant is an asset.
