We are seeking an experienced IT Security Project Manager to lead and deliver medium-to-large scale cybersecurity initiatives, with a strong focus on Operational Technology (OT), Zero Trust architectures, and Firewall-related projects. This role is responsible for managing complex digital programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, and driving successful execution across cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity projects
Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, and issues
Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and best practices
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
Facilitate effective communication across technical and business teams
Required skills & experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with OT security, Zero Trust concepts, and network security (e.g., Firewalls)
Experience with project management tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Previous experience in industrial manufacturing or supply chain sectors is a plus
