Our client, a scale-up undergoing international growth in the Fintech sector, is looking to hire a Head of Marcomm in Barcelona.
Mission:
Reporting to the CMO and in coordination with other key departments, you will lead the strategy to drive the company’s growth in a B2B2C environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Define and implement the company's digital marketing and branding strategy, ensuring a consistent and effective presence both online and offline.
* Ensure a balanced approach between digital initiatives and brand-building, creativity, and communication campaigns.
* Oversee digital marketing campaigns, working closely with the team to optimize performance and maximize results.
* Develop and execute branding strategies that strengthen the brand identity and market positioning.
* Collaborate with the CMO on the operational and creative management of the department, ensuring campaigns are innovative and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
* Participate in the creation and execution of marketing and business plans, and contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with significant experience in a similar role.
* Hands-on profile, used to being an individual contributor.
* Experience in digital marketing and branding, with the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and creative aspects.
* High level of English; Spanish knowledge will be a plus.
* Experience in high-growth environments (startup or scale-up).
