Commercial Manager– ViiV Healthcare

Currently we are looking to recruitaCommercial Managerfor ViiV Belgium.
TheCommercialManager willbe responsible forleading the sales team and collaborating cross-functionallytoachieve ViiV’s growth ambition.
Key responsibilities:
1. Sales leadership / field team orchestrator Line management of Customer Account Managers (CAMs) Drive execution of account plans Drive achievement of team performance and KPI objectives Support CAMs and MSLs in removing barriers to performance Drive field omnichannel execution
2. Care pathway management Work with hospital stakeholders to help improve HIV care pathway
3. National event managementSPOC for national and EU/global-driven events Lead quarterly meetings with the marketing and medical teams to align on quarterly priorities for field teams Coordinate with marketing and medical teams on HCP involvement in various local, national, EU/global activities Review and approve commercial activities
4. Voice of the field Participate in business planning, performance reviews and other strategic planning processes to ensure field insights are taken into account in decision making Provide input on marketing materials to ensure relevance with field reality Collaboration and alignment with marketing and medical teams in the preparation of team meetings
5. Capabilities Work with Hub capability lead on sales capability building programs Lead the implementation of global/regional L&D programs for the LOC

Qualifications:
6. 7+ years of experience in pharmaceuticalsales/marketing/medical/market accessroles, at least 2 years of which is in salesleadership.
7. Provenleadershipcapabilities.Able todriveteamperformance in a caring, empowering and inclusive way.
8. Experienceand confidence inengaging complex hospital stakeholders
9. Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
10. Advanced communication andinfluencingskills– both externally and internally
11. Professionalproficiencyin English.Fluent in French and/or Dutch andgood understanding of both.
Other requirements:
12. This is a field-based role. Travel across Belgium for coaching,care pathway projects, team meetings,etcisrequired(20-30%).
13. To ensurestrong collaborationwith office teams, this rolewill require the candidate to be in the officeat least 1-2days/week
