* You lead the end-to-end transfer and validation of new analytical methods into the lab.
* You manage the entire lifecycle of method implementation, ensuring meticulous documentation and comprehensive validation reports.
* You assess lab readiness, order necessary materials, and coordinate with suppliers.
* You develop validation strategies that align with internal guidelines and oversee validation experiments with lab analysts.
* You ensure all documentation is clear and sufficient for the analysts to follow.
* You perform statistical evaluations of validation data and author detailed reports to confirm successful method transfers.
* You act as the technical expert for troubleshooting and provide ongoing method support.
What are we looking for?
* You have extensive experience of at least
5 years
in method validation and transfer processes within a laboratory setting.
* You demonstrate strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in techniques such as
ELISA, gel electrophoresis, and HPLC
.
* You possess strong proficiency in statistical evaluation of analytical data.
* You are an excellent communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
* You are highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring precision in all tasks.
