Due to the continued growth of our site and the increasing project workload, we are currently seeking an experienced Project & Process Lead with a strongpharma backgroundto join the Engineering team. This leadership role requires abroad technical skillsetencompassingprocess, utilities, and GMP expertise, with the ability to manage and support multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support projects from initiation to handover, including engineering, tendering, construction, commissioning, and project control. Act as sub-lead for larger projects, managing subteams and/or specific scopes. Conduct feasibility and engineering studies, ensuring alignment with internal engineers, SMEs, and preferred contractors. Drive project excellence through proactive leadership, collaboration, and adherence to GMP and safety standards. The ideal profile: Solid experience in project management and control across the full project lifecycle. Strong utilities knowledge (HVAC, energy systems, etc.). Proven process engineering expertise. Experience in construction management and commissioning. Skilled in people and change management. Sound understanding of GMP requirements (change control, area classification, etc.). Strong safety mindset (work permits, LOTO procedures, etc.).
