You will be part of a dynamic team within the global shared services department, collaborating with various departments on an exciting project involving the roll out of an ordering tool in South-America.
Key Accountabilities
You will work on the roll out of an ordering tool in South-America.
* Maintain weekly contact with each country to follow up on the project plan
* Set and monitor deadlines to collect feedback

* Perform data analysis (e.g. spend, supplier data)
* Support the setup and configuration of the tool
* Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information
Who are we looking for?
* You have a bachelor or master in Economics, business administration, finance, IT
* You have good communication skills
* You have an analytical mindset
* Good knowledge of Spanish (mandatory) and English, any additional languages are an asset
