Your Key Responsibilities:
Operating within a robust Oracle-based ecosystem, you will balance operational excellence (RUN) with strategic transformation (PROJECT):
* Operational Governance (RUN): Act as the functional lead for the DMS ecosystem, managing high-level support, incident resolution, and complex access governance (IAM).
* Workflow & Process Optimization: Configure and validate critical approval chains and electronic signature workflows, ensuring the integrity of technical drawings and reports.
* Data Stewardship: Maintain metadata models and taxonomies across multiple interconnected tools (search engines, portals, and archiving solutions) to ensure seamless data consistency.
* Modernization Roadmap (PROJECT): Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT by gathering requirements and defining the scope for the platform’s future modernization.
* Compliance by Design: Ensure all functional solutions strictly adhere to nuclear regulations, data residency requirements, and long-term retention obligations (extending beyond 2035).
* Quality Assurance & Testing: Author comprehensive test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and define go-live criteria for complex migrations.
* Change Management: Empower users and process owners through tailored training materials, communication plans, and adoption tracking.
The Profile We Are Looking For:
You possess a unique ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications while navigating the constraints of legacy and modern infrastructures.
* Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or IT. You have a proven track record as a Business/Functional Analyst, ideally within a regulated industrial environment.
* Technical Expertise: * Strong knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) and document lifecycle management.
o Solid understanding of Oracle databases and IT integration layers (SSO, IAM, APIs).
o Familiarity with search engines (e.g., Datafari) and electronic signature processes is a significant plus.
* Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable tracking operational KPIs (SLAs, backlog health) and driving data-driven improvements.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving, and the ability to federate diverse stakeholders (Quality, R&D, IT).
