As a Customer Service & Sales Analyst you'll have a hybrid role that combines operational excellence in order-to-delivery processes with analytical skills to support sales forecasting and performance monitoring. You will act as a key link between customers, logistics, and the sales department, ensuring smooth operations while providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Customer Service (Order-to-Delivery):
* Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate entry into ERP systems.
* Coordinate deliveries with logistics partners to guarantee timely execution.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and professional support.
* Monitor order status and proactively resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Sales Analysis & Reporting:
* Prepare and update sales forecasts in collaboration with the sales team.
* Track and analyze KPIs (sales volumes, margins, customer trends).
* Provide regular reports and dashboards to management.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Analyst that should have:
* Bilingual Dutch/French (spoken & written); good knowledge of English is a plus.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales analysis.
* Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
