We are currently looking for a motivated trainee to join our Channel department as from September, for an internship in the domain of CRM and Customer Experience, with a strong focus on data analytics, reporting, and enterprise systems.

What you'll do:
Under the guidance of a seasoned expert in CRM and CX (Customer Experience), you’ll get hands-on experience and support every step of the way. You’ll be involved in:
* Analysis of CRM and systems data to support various business teams
* Build and maintain dashboards and reports (CRM, BI tools, spreadsheets)
* Document data mappings across enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Dealer Portal, Siebel, Salesforce)
* Work with IT and system owners to:
o Understand data sources and ownership
o Clarify field definitions and transformations
o Track missing or unclear information
* Analyse customer journeys and identify data gaps or friction points
Who you are:
* You’re currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Engineering / Economics or Management Science and the internship is part of your curriculum
* You’ve got strong analytical and structured thinking skills and an ability to work with complex data sets
* You have an advanced level of Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas)
* You feel at home working with tools and systems
* You’re a team player, eager to learn, and ready to bring your ideas and energy to the table
* Strong written documentation skills in English (internal working language); knowledge of French or Dutch for local context is a plus.
