Job Description We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive IT Support Specialist to provide on-site Level 2 support with a focus on Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Windows enrollment, basic Intune administration, and directly support users remotely. The ideal candidate will follow established procedures and policies, collaborate to build a knowledge base, and contribute to small IT projects. Key Responsibilities On-site Support: Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues for end users. Perform emergency repairs and preventive maintenance. Support installation and inspection of complex systems with guidance as needed. Identity & Access Management: Manage and support Microsoft Entra, M365 and Active Directory environments (user lifecycle, group policies, permissions, etc.). Ensure authorized access to system resources. Windows Enrollment & Intune: Handle Windows device enrollment and provisioning. Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Intune. Network & Infrastructure: Provide basic support for LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Assist with network equipment checks and escalate complex issues. Service Desk Process: Adhere to IT service desk processes and best practices. Ensure timely and accurate ticket handling and documentation. Update and create knowledge base documents Operational Excellence: Follow company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements Document solutions and contribute to the IT knowledge base. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaboration & Projects: Work closely with IT colleagues and business users. Support small-scale IT projects as assigned. Audio & Video: MS Teams & Zoom is a plus. 1-3 years' experience in IT support, preferably in a Level 2 or similar role. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra and Active Directory. Experience with Windows device enrollment and basic Intune administration. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures. Experience with IT ticketing systems and documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written). TIL Foundation certificate required. Able to manage complexity and optimize work processes. Education Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience. Additional Information The role requires on-site presence. Adherence to company quality, safety, and environmental standards is mandatory. Occasional participation in after-hours support or projects may be required.
