As the Customer Service & Logistics Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of their daily activities. You'll support customers, follow up orders, prepare shipments, and handle administrative tasks from A to Z. You'll work closely with the small team and help them build efficient processes as they grow.Your Responsibilities
* First point of contact for customers (phone & email)
* Order processing and follow‑up from confirmation to delivery
* Preparing and packing outgoing shipments when needed
* Coordinating with logistics partners and tracking deliveries
* Creating and sending invoices
* Handling administrative tasks related to orders, returns, and stock
* Supporting the team with ad‑hoc tasks typical for a scale‑up environment
* Thinking proactively about improvements and more efficient workflow
* You speak Dutch and English fluently
* You enjoy a mix of customer contact, logistics tasks, and admin work
* You're hands‑on, flexible, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
* You're comfortable in a company with little structure and lots of room to shape your role
* You're organized, reliable, and proactive
* Experience in customer service, logistics, or administration is a plus, but mindset matters most
