As a
Marketing Manager & Business Partner
, you will be responsible for the full management of marketing projects, from strategic thinking to operational execution.
You will work closely with our
Multimedia Content Manager
to design and produce impactful, engaging marketing materials. You will also be responsible for sourcing, briefing, and challenging a network of freelancers.
Your Main Responsibilities
* Define and lead the
marketing strategy
for clients active in the
life sciences
sector.
* Develop
integrated marketing plans
(positioning, channels, actions, and performance tracking).
* Implement
digital campaigns
and analyse their results (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEA, LinkedIn Ads, newsletters, etc.).
* Manage the
online presence and brand awareness
of clients (website, social media, SEO).
* Organise and coordinate
events, conferences, and trade fair participation
.
* Create or supervise the creation of
visuals and marketing content
(Adobe Suite, Canva).
* Support our clients
on site
, acting as a consultant.
* Be a driving force in the
growth and structuring of Biopharmark.
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Communication, or equivalent
.
* Minimum 3 years of experience
in strategic and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of the
healthcare / biotech / medtech
sectors.
* Excellent
writing and communication skills
.
* Proven experience managing
multichannel digital campaigns
.
* Strong command of
Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/SEA, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, CRM tools
, etc.
* Analytical mindset,
scientific curiosity
, and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
* Entrepreneurial spirit
, eager to help Biopharmark grow and become a key player in its development.
* Fluent in French and English
– Dutch is a plus.
