Why This Role
People are everything at Spott. The founders made the first 30 hires themselves and will stay involved in every hire with you. Over the next 12 months we'll grow from 30 to 60 people across three offices: Belgium, New York and Sydney. As Founding Recruiter, you'll build the team that builds Spott
One extra perk: we know recruitment inside out, because Spott is the AI workspace for recruiters. You'll use our own platform daily, plus the tools of all our partners. No recruiter anywhere has a better tech stack, and you'll sit one desk away from the people building it
What We're Looking for
✔️ You're a highly driven talent acquisition or agency recruiter.
✔️ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing, with results you personally drove.
✔️ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals) and the ability to run multiple searches at once across engineering, sales and customer success.
✔️ High energy, strong ownership and a relentless drive to learn and win. You thrive in ambiguity and build processes from scratch.
✔️ Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch/French are a plus).
✔️ Product knowledge and a love for testing software are a big plus: you'll have direct access to the developers of Spott, so your feedback shapes the product
What You'll Do
✔️ Own hiring execution end to end: sourcing, first interviews, scheduling of interviews and follow-ups.
✔️ Build a scalable foundation for onboarding and reviews, so every new Spotter ramps up fast and keeps growing.
✔️ Set up our talent intelligence for hard-to-fill roles: identify where our best people come from and build a candidate database that spans multiple roles and geographies.
✔️ Recruit with Spott itself, our AI-native ATS & CRM, plus the tools of all our partners and integrations.

About The Interview
1. Application Review: we'll review your application, in 48 hours you'll hear back from us.
2. Screening call (30 min, online): with a Spott founder, covering your recruiting track record, how you source and how you close, plus your motivation to join Spott. There will also be time for answering your questions.
3. Founder Interview (60 min, in-person): with 2 Spott founders in Leuven, focused on ownership, execution and how we'll build Spott's team together. You'll also meet the team.
