What You'll Be Doing
In a high-tech, GMP-regulated environment, you'll help ensure that every therapy produced meets the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring Cleanrooms: You'll help to keep production areas safe and sterile by sampling air and surfaces to ensure they meet strict cleanliness standards.
* Running Quality Tests: You'll perform advanced quality control tests on CAR-T products, supporting both clinical trials and commercial production.
* Collaborating Across Teams: You'll work closely with colleagues in Quality and Operations to bring lab testing into real-world production.
* Managing Data: You'll review and approve lab results, maintain accurate records and use digital tools, like eLIMS, to manage test data.
* Improving Processes: You'll help to write and improve SOPs and work instructions and your ideas for process optimization will be welcomed.
* You have a bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or a related technical field.
* You're organized, a team player, and eager to learn.
* You're fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* You're flexible and open to working in shifts (no nightshifts).

You work 4 days, then you have 4 days off.
