Business Performance & Operations Manager Brussels – Flemish Region We are looking for a Business Performance & Operations Manager to join a permanent-capital holding that acquires and supports family-owned and entrepreneurial businesses to ensure their long-term growth and sustainability. Currently owning around a dozen SMEs, the group aims to acquire 2 to 4 new companies per year. Key points : Right-hand to the CEO, you will be a key player in strategic decisions with high autonomy and responsibility Work within a central team of around fifteen people, while collaborating with teams across the different SMEs Direct involvement in improving performance and operational development of portfolio companies Long-term approach : companies are retained to grow sustainably, far from short-term resale strategies Attractive package, with a salary up to €120,000 In a context of growth and structuring, the team is looking for a Business Performance Manager capable of having a concrete and measurable impact on the performance of the supported companies. Your role : As a Business Performance & Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of improving the performance of the portfolio companies. Your mission: transform in-depth analyses into clear priorities, meaningful indicators, and lasting improvements. Specifically : Analyze each business : business model, customer journey, pricing, costs, competition, and market trends Identify performance levers through data, key indicators, field observations, and customer feedback Prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility Define and monitor essential KPIs, avoiding superficial metrics Align management teams around concrete action plans Ensure follow-up and measure impact, challenging assumptions based on facts Promote a data-driven and disciplined culture within the companies Collaborate with managers to guide decisions and actions, leveraging your expertise and credibility Your profile : At least 6-8 years of high-impact experience turning analytics into measurable results.
