As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to be part of the sales team in Spain, as Client Success Manager.

You will have the opportunity to help shape our trajectory and capitalize on the immense potential of the Spanish market.

Role Mission

To drive revenue growth in Spain by developing strong relationships with agencies and advertisers, ensuring flawless campaign execution, and progressively contributing to new business development through a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities

Revenue & Growth

* Contribute to new business development by identifying and approaching potential clients (advertisers and agencies).
* Support the building and management of a qualified pipeline.
* Participate in commercial meetings and present value-driven solutions.
* Identify and activate upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Client Management & Execution

* Ensure seamless day-to-day management of campaigns and client relationships.
* Prepare proposals, commercial materials, and strategic presentations.
* Lead client meetings and post-sale follow-ups.
* Gather client feedback and translate it into internal action points.
* Support the execution of the overall commercial strategy in Spain (campaign management tasks).



Profile We’re Looking For

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven professional to join our sales team in Spain as Client Success Manager.

This role is for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong ambition, and a genuine passion for winning new business and growing client relationships.

You thrive in commercial environments. You enjoy prospecting, opening doors, building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals. You don’t wait for opportunities — you create them.

What Will Make You Successful

* 2+ years of proven Sales or Client Service experience within the advertising industry, in digital solutions.
* Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, allowing you to quickly operate with credibility and add value from day one.
* Deep knowledge of the media agencies and/or advertisers in Spain. ecosystem
* A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client challenges and translate them into impactful solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and unlock upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership mentality, and autonomy.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* High level of English (C1).
