For one of our clients active in the utilities and railway sector, we're looking for an IT Helpdesk Officer.
1. Supporting clients or other users regarding their IT issues
2. Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of computers and managing its stock
3. Managing the IT infrastructure (both software and hardware)
4. Identifying technical problems and issues to ensure ongoing business operations
5. Supporting ongoing projects related to IT
6. Providing suggestions to improve and optimize customer support and system administration
7. Carrying out periodical performance and security checks
8. First experience as first line support officer
9. Bachelor's degree
10. Knowledge of and experience withRouting / firewall / LAN / WLAN / WAN / InfrastructureM365 environmentAzureSCCM
11. Strong knowledge of hardware and software
12. Experience within the Windows Server environment (AD, DNS, DHCP, …)
13. Fluent in Dutch and French
14. ITIL certification is an added value
