Description de la fonction Purpose of the Role
As a Expert Claims and Operational Technical Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, managing, and optimizing processes related to fraud, recovery, and leakage. Your expertise will help us minimize losses and maximize savings, contributing directly to our organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Detect, analyze, and handle fraud and leakage cases within claims.
Manage recoveries both strategically and operationally, identifying and processing results.
Conduct Closed File Reviews (CFR) and Ad-hoc Open File Reviews (OFR) to identify and avoid systematic errors and potential leakage.
Prepare analyses, reports, and KPIs related to fraud, recovery, and leakage.
Actively participate in projects and training initiatives focused on technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Provide advice on complex cases and complaints.
Profil At least 5 years of relevant work experience in claims handling, fraud investigation, or the assistance sector.
A Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
You are proficient in working with Excel and PowerPoint.
In-depth knowledge of relevant systems and operational processes.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
No fear of giving training courses or presentations to the other business lines.
Willingness to travel abroad if required.
Collaboration
Work closely with regional and global teams.
Participate in Technical Excellence Committee meetings
