🚀 IAM / PAM Engineer
Are you passionate about Digital Identity and cybersecurity? Our team is looking for an Experienced Privileged Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our Identity team and help our client tackle PAM-related challenges with robust technical expertise.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver effective PAM solutions while mentoring team members and contributing to business growth.
* Translate client needs into secure, practical PAM implementations through designing and deploying privileged access controls and processes.
* Serve as a trusted expert, offering guidance on solution feasibility, effort estimation, and interdependencies.
* Develop implementation plans, create technical designs, and lead execution of PAM use-cases.
* Build strong client relationships and resolve complex technical challenges.
* Lead and guide engineering teams to successful delivery when required.

Skills & Experience
* ~6 years in Windows, Linux, and/or network system administration.
* Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) use-cases: human, non-human, and machine identities.
* Hands-on experience (2+ years) configuring and implementing PAM tools.
* Familiarity with PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and/or Saviynt.
* Experience guiding teams through IAM and PAM implementations.
* Knowledge of PAM standards, protocols (SAML, LDAP(S), SSH, RDP, SCIM) and internet technologies (HTTP, SSL/TLS, IPv4/v6, XML).
* Experience with SOA, JSON, SOAP, REST, and directory services like Microsoft Entra/AD, LDAP, IPA.
* Development skills in Python or PowerShell are a plus.
* Experience working with nearshore/offshore teams and leading projects from design to deployment.
* Willingness to work internationally and travel as needed.
* Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or PAM/vendor-specific certifications are advantageous.
