For one of its clients, Robert Half is seeking a friendly and professional Junior Receptionist to join a dynamic team and cover a colleague's leave.
Situated in the vibrant heart of Brussels near Bourse in the City Center of Brussels, the hotel offers a welcoming environment for guests from around the globe. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, this role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities:
* Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries.
* Answer and manage phone calls professionally and efficiently.
* Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
* Handle basic administrative duties, including emails and reservations coordination.
* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
* Support the team with daily operational requirements when needed.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is essential.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Organized and detail-focused with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Basic proficiency with computers and hotel management systems (training will be provided).
* Prior reception or administrative experience is a plus but not required - we welcome motivated candidates looking to grow their career in hospitality!
What we offer:
* A fixed-term contract for a specified period : September 1, 2025 - October 10, 2025 (possibility to extend the period)
* Full-time contract (38 hours/week), Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30 minutes break)
