YOUR ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Architect DFT Solutions specialist to join our team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for architecting Design for Test (DFT) solutions forplex System on Chips (SoCs) in advanced semiconductor nodes.
In this role you will play a key role in:
1. Architectingprehensive DFT solutions for SOCs with multiple sub-blocks/partitions andplex soft/hard IPs
2. Coordinating and negotiating DFT requirements with project teams and customers
3. Implementing and validating innovative DFT techniques on SOCs and sub-systems
4. Defining timing constraints for DFT test-modes to ensure design integrity
5. Inserting boundary scan,pression, MBIST/Repair, and OPCG (OCC) for large-scale low-power designs in advanced nodes (7nm and beyond)
6. Generating test patterns, debugging and improving fault coverage for optimal results
7. Collaborating with physical design teams to address timing violations, signal/power integrity issues, and routing congestion
8. Working closely with test engineering teams on silicon characterization and validation
YOUR PROFILE
9. 15+ years of experience in digital ASIC design, with 10+ years of specialized experience in DFT insertion and ATPG
10. Proven experience as a DFT lead defining chip- and block-level DFT specifications in projects with hierarchical DFT
11. Expert knowledge in IEEE,, and 1687 (IJTAG) standards and associated file formats (ICL, PDL)
12. Hands-on experience defining SDC constraints for DFT and implementingprehensive test solutions for large low-power designs in advanced nodes
13. Proficiency with EDA tools such as Genus/Modus (Cadence) and Tessent (Siemens), and simulation tools
14. Strong scripting skills, particularly in TCL
15. Basic fluency with Verilog/VHDL to write code for test logic when needed
16. Experience with defining DFT flows and using tools like Tessent SSN is a plus
