* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Extensive experience in IT governance, regulatory frameworks (e.g., NIS2), and IT governance standards.
* Proven track record in budget cycles, financial tracking, and monitoring budget consumption (actuals vs forecasts).
* Expertise in IT risk management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation follow-up, and reporting.
* Strong background in audit processes, audit readiness, and process documentation.
* Experience with third-party management and compliance (ITM3 controls).
* Expertise in HR data reporting, staffing KPIs, and resource management.
* Specialist knowledge in Mid-Term Planning (MTP), budget preparation, and year-end closing.
* Advanced analytical and reporting skills with the ability to produce actionable reports.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across IT, Finance, HR, and Procurement domains.
* Language(s): English, French, and Dutch (fluent)

* Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, including NIS2, and overall IT governance standards.
* Support third-party management and the implementation of ITM3 compliance controls.
* Contribute to IT continuity and resilience initiatives to maintain operational stability.
* Perform comprehensive IT risk management, encompassing identification, assessment, and mitigation follow-up.
* Maintain continuous audit readiness and ensure all process documentation is up to date.
* Monitor budget consumption by analysing actuals against forecasts to ensure financial alignment.
* Support the Mid-Term Planning (MTP) process and contribute to budget preparation and revisions.
* Assist with year-end closing activities and act as the primary point of contact for financial reporting.
* Improve existing governance processes and enhance reporting tools for better efficiency.
* Ensure HR data quality and maintain accuracy in reporting and staffing KPIs.
* Coordinate effectively with HR, Procurement, and Chapter Leads to align cross-functional objectives.
