Our client is well-established investment bank, offering a professional and structured work environment.This Management Team Business Analyst role involves supporting procurement and supply chain operations.
Job Description
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
Assess and manage vendor-related risks. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead sourcing and risk-related projects. Define scope, objectives, and deliverables; create project plans and track progress to ensure timely completion.
Partner with internal teams across GSS globally, as well as Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Business Units, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Continuously review and enhance sourcing and risk management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CIPS) are a plus.
At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, third-party risk management, or related areas. Financial services experience preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Mandarin is essential. Solid project management and organizational skills. Expertise in data analysis tools and MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Understanding of sourcing strategies, third-party risk, and financial industry regulations; awareness of best practices and emerging trends.
