Operational IT Management
* Administer and maintain the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, systems, security).
* Manage Microsoft environments: Windows Server, Active Directory/LDAP, Microsoft 365, Azure.
* Provide and supervise 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
* Ensure system availability and continuity within a production‑critical environment.
Projects & Architecture
* Lead major IT infrastructure projects: network redesign, virtualization, cloud migrations, backup strategies, and overall infrastructure modernization.
* Define project plans, assess risks, and execute deployments with minimal impact on production.
Vendor & Procurement Management
* Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers (hardware, networking, consulting, software).
* Coordinate the work of external partners, including a recurring consultant on site.
* Manage IT purchases: hardware, software, licenses, and critical systems.
Governance, Security & ITIL
* Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management according to ITIL best practices.
* Strengthen IT security: antivirus, endpoint protection, network security, backups, access control.
* Participate in internal and external audits; document risks and mitigation measures.
* Communicate regularly with senior management and provide clear technical reporting.
Budget & Reporting
* Define and manage the yearly IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX, licensing, consulting).
* Monitor IT expenses and optimize cost efficiency.
* Provide updates and project progress reports to the executive team.
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent).
* Solid command of Microsoft ecosystems: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM.
* Strong networking skills; experience with Fortinet is a plus.
* Hands‑on experience with SAN storage, onsite/offsite backup systems, and IT security solutions.
* Ability to document, standardize and structure IT processes.
Experience
* 5-7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
* Experience in coordinating external partners and managing technical projects.
* Exposure to environments requiring high availability and operational continuity.
* Language : French and/or Dutch (minimum B2 level, in addition to being a native speaker of one of these two languages), plus a strong command of english.
