We are Hiring: Software Engineer (Medical Systems | Hong Kong & Taiwan)
Are you passionate about technology that makes a real difference in people's health? We're looking for a Software Engineer with a solid foundation in both software and medical systems to join our team supporting the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain clinical or medical software systems at customer sites.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, service, and clinical) to ensure smooth system performance and integration.
• Provide timely technical support to hospitals, clinics, and partners — occasionally during after-office hours or public holidays to meet clinical needs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to continuously improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously self-learn new software tools, applications, and technologies relevant to healthcare IT.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in software installation, system integration, or technical support (preferably in a medical or healthcare environment).
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux environments and networking fundamentals.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive learner, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Hong Kong and Taiwan.
