The Medical Director will leverage their medical knowledge, business insight, and operational management skills. Responsibilities will encompass overseeing laboratory functions, ensuring adherence to both company and client standards, providing medical advice, and aiding in business development initiatives.
The role will also focus on financial management, team leadership, and the supervision of clinical trial safety assessments. Candidates should possess a medical degree (MD) along with a minimum of five years of management experience, combining both clinical and industry backgrounds. A comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards, such as GMP and ICH, as well as proficiency in analytical instrumentation, is essential for this role.
